Celebrate Sophia Garabeidan's recovery, Question her Health Insurance

Massachusetts, the celebrated "success" story that inspired Obamacare apparently isn't working as well as we're led to believe, otherwise, why would a family whose child required treatment for their little girl need a GoFundMe for "$150,000 in medical expenses"? The child who was stricken with Eastern Equine Encephalitis is on the mend and her GoFundMe page is deactivated, but it's a curious indictment of the "model" for healthcare that Massachusetts is held up to be.

It's an eye-opener for all the Medicare For All fans that likely will have most people facing life-endangering illness sadly having to hire marketing firms and prepare for their "close-ups" as it were to get donations unless they have the money to pay for all the uncovered stuff or partially and insufficiently covered stuff that likely is also the life-saving stuff necessary to recover from devastating illness or accident.
