Not Surprising...Subsidies continue, King v. Burwell

And so the circus continues with the President the highlighted act as he stood and announced the upholding of subsidies and stuck in the lie...After 5 Years Health Care is a RIGHT. Yeah, not so true, but reality has never impeded this Administration's actions.

Tax subsidies were upheld in King v. Burwell, no surprise there and though the silliness of claiming first that there were only four words at issue and secondly that the “Federal Exchange” was anticipated by the Affordable Care Act I was surprise that we were treated to the untruth of the President asserting a new falsehood that healthcare is a RIGHT in America. It is not.

Otherwise there would be no person who could be denied insurance because they cannot afford it, which is still an issue throughout the United States. Otherwise these tax subsidies available to millionaires who meet the oh-so-flexible criteria set up by the law wouldn’t be eligible for government “help” in paying for their premiums while those whose incomes fall below or are non-existent are frequently excluded from any eligibility for any form of health insurance.

It’s the lie we live and it’s an engineered reality that relies on the continued tolerance of our population. Not only don’t we have a right to health care in the United States but we do not even have a right to health insurance…Not all of us and therefore in the world of unlevel playing fields, the Supreme Court upheld premiums for those employed, those with incomes, those who include the fake "individuals" who obtained subsidies last summer as a fraud audit found the government couldn't give money away fast enough. But a right to health care? Nonsense.
