The best protection we have against Congress' bipartisan nonrepresentation of citizens is to INSIST that whatever the replacement these public employees come up with re Obamacare it applies FIRST and TOTALLY, without exemption and exception (few us have forgotten the weasely escape hatch for public federal employees used re Obamacare where their benefits, financed by taxpayers, is misused by the federal government to give public employees benefits packages far superior to what's available to the working nonpublic employees of this country).
Without this protection, we're merely shifting these entitled, bubble-folk, who have been protected under the preferences and priorities of the federal government to avoid the impact of the laws they're imposing on the rest of us.
Ryancare or Obamacare, it applies to public federal employees first or you can be sure it's just another way to exploit tax-paying non-public employee citizens.
