How Come Everyone But the President Knows We Don't Have a Right to Healthcare?

On March 13, the President publicly falsely claimed as he stood beside the Canadian PM that the US has a right to healthcare (http://conoutofconsumer.blogspot.com/2016/03/presidential-lies-no-right-to.html). Naturally, WE know that's not true, that there is no right to healthcare in the US, and it turns out Castro does as well (March 22, 2016). Asked a question about human rights, Castro called out the US failure to provide healthcare for all (which Cuba does) as well as education and equal pay for women.

If Hillary Clinton is elected and implements her furtherance of Obamacare as per her website, this lack of a right to healthcare will remain as her proposed changes have to do with exchange plans, more investment in Obamacare exchanges, rather than changes that will help every citizen in the US. While her success might mean more people pushed onto exchanges, those not on exchanges will face the same crises of cost, narrow networks, forced wellness and defensive medicine, balance billing charges, to name a few, as well as increasing government spending on Obamacare entitlements.
